Publication history
The journal was founded in 2013 and published its first issue in the same year (Volume 1, Issue 1, Spring 2013). Since then it has appeared without interruption as one volume of two issues a year; neither its title nor its ISSN has changed. In 2026 the journal moved to a new publishing platform based on Open Journal Systems (OJS); its old addresses redirect permanently to the new pages.
